For these treatments there are various private health forms that may need to be completed for partial coverage. If you meet the criteria for Chronic Migraines and have sufficient Headache diary evidence then we can also apply through the Government Exceptional Access Program for additional coverage.

Dr. Mitchell is the Medical Director for Quaintrelle, Board Certified in Aesthetic Medicine as well as Family Medicine with a Diploma in Primary Skin Cancer Management. He has over 15 years of experience doing skin cancer checks and surgeries to manage all types of skin cancers or other lesions/concerns.

Cosmetic Skin Assessments (non-OHIP covered service - although if worrisome lesions are reviewed a referral based service/ consultation can be done)
PlexR/Soft Surgery - Blepharoplasty, Keloid/Scar resurfacing, Perioral rhytids (wrinkles) wrinkle resurfacing, sebaceous hyperplasia/ Seb K., skin tags or other cosmetic skin lesion management using 'sublimation' technique (PlexR stylus).
PRP for Hair Loss - usually requires at least 3 if not 6 treatments in combination with topicals for best results.
Filler, Botox/Dysport, Sculptra Injectables for anti-aging cosmesis
IPL - Skin Care for sun damage or spider veins
